Alcohol & Other Drugs Advisory Board
The mission of the Contra Costa County Alcohol and Other Drugs Advisory Board is to assess family and community needs regarding treatment and prevention of alcohol and drug abuse problems. We report our findings and recommendations to the Contra Costa Health Services Department, the Board of Supervisors and the communities we serve.
The Alcohol and Other Drugs Advisory Board works in collaboration with the Alcohol and Other Drugs Services of Contra Costa Health Services. We provide input and recommendations as they pertain to alcohol and other drugs prevention, intervention, and treatment services.
Meetings
Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 4:00 - 6:15 p.m., and are open to the public. Occasionally, some meetings are held in various locations throughout the County from 7 - 9 p.m. Parties that are interested in hosting a Board meeting in their community, please contact Fatima Matal Sol at 925-335-3307.
